Refund Policy

Cancellations or requests for refunds must be received in writing and received by email or postmarked within 15 days of the tour. Ticket price will be refunded less $3.50 per ticket for handling charges.  Letters postmarked less than 15 days prior to the date of the tour will not be eligible for refund. 

Cando Event Planning reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not reach its minimums and will refund all monies received.
